Ever-present wanderlust and a deep interest in culture allows Mike to view firsthand how the world entwines design with life. After a diverse background which included biology and professional tennis, significant time in Paris fueled a desire for a more creative outlet; Lucien Leclercq was founded as a way of selecting the best and most unique design aspects from his experiences and fusing them into one cohesive form. This desire is channeled into each project and piece Lucien Leclercq produces: refined, timeless bespoke design that unites a sense of class with the unexpected – rendered with exceptional attention to detail. Mike is one part entrepreneur, one part artist, two parts philomath, and three parts design lover. He spends his days convincing people that’s not too many parts.
